TITLE: Executive Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The job is for 15-20 hours in-person at our Phoenix office located in midtown. There are additional hours available per week (mostly remote) depending on workload. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a business owner in Phoenix who manages an advertising agency as well as several real estate properties. They should be well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Additionally, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research via internet on varying business topics
- Assist in blog writing
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings and presentations
- Responding to emails and document requests
- Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents
- Create social media posts on behalf of real estate properties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working on Associates or Bachelor’s degree
- Proactive and a self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

SALARY: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
