A Good Day to Dodge a Ball

Dodgeballers are a rare breed. They come from all professions and beliefs as well as all shapes and sizes, but they do have one thing in common: love of a good pre-game party.

This past Tuesday June 17th, the Phoenix headquartered National Dodgeball Organization were invited to have all their players pre-game at the Coworking on 15th Ave.  While the CoBalls team, which is captained by Eric Diaz of the coworking space, is accustomed to pre-game hot dogs and light beer here, most of the league has yet to visit our facilities.  The dodgeballers were able to try out the new colorful furniture in the reception area as well as try and beat the high score on the outdoor pop-a-shot court (the record of 82 remains in tact).

Food was pretty standard fare for dodgeballers, hot dogs topped with everything from fresh avocado, bell peppers, and tomatoes to simpler hot dogs sporting just ketchup and mustard.  Barbecue sauce and sriracha were also found scattered about, which may not have been wise choices before a dodgeball match 🙂
